With more than 20 years of professional business experience,  Schoen-Rene has experience with corporate, small business, and nonprofit organizations and holds a Master of Administration degree from NYU. As a CF-APMP certified proposal writer and a PMP certified project manager, Schoen-Rene has contributed to hundreds of government service proposals (local, state, federal, and international; worth 5K to hundreds of millions) as leader, writer, solution developer, capture, designer, and BD manager since 2004.
